UW Tacoma – Milgard Hall

The UW Tacoma Milgard Hall project is an interdisciplinary academic building. The building includes approximately 55,000 square feet of classroom, lab, fabrication, and office spaces with a building enclosure featuring brick and metal panel façades integrated with curtain wall accents above each entrance.

4EA provided design and construction phase consulting for UW Tacoma Milgard Hall. We collaborated with the Architecture Research Office and Andersen’s design-build team to find cost-effective and constructable solutions for a variety of issues related to the building enclosure.
