4EA collaborated with the project team to help deliver this ultra-sustainable, award winning project in South Lake Union.

Sitka Apartments is an ambitious design demonstrating that high levels of sustainability can be achieved alongside incredible amenities.

This award-winning LEED Platinum, Salmon Safe apartment complex includes many unique enclosure features where 4EA helped Find a Solution. These enclosure features include a rooftop vegetable garden, a large pond water feature and landscaped courtyard over occupied space, a treehouse, a waterproof wastewater heat recovery tank in the garage, and an impressive steep sloped vegetated green roof.
