Park Boulevard

Park Boulevard is a 41-storey residential building and townhouse complex located at the King George Skytrain station in Surrey, BC. The residential tower façade is constructed entirely of modular window wall panels. Unique balcony slab edge lighting is a defining architectural element of this building and region.

Justin Unger from 4EA worked closely with Centreville and dys on this high-profile project. Justin provided building science expertise to assist the design team with thermal improvements to the window wall assemblies and overcoming unique air barrier challenges. Working with the construction team to set quality expectations and processes early during construction allowed construction to progress smoothly.
