Molson Coors Brewery
The Molson Coors Fraser Valley Brewery project is an industrial mixed-use development consisting of three buildings that house a brewery, retail outlet, and office space. 4EA provided building envelope consulting services for the design and construction of this project.
The exterior cladding is predominantly insulated metal panels which are designed for economical, low-maintenance, long-term building performance mixed with curtainwall and prefinished composite panels. The roof is a mechanically attached single-ply membrane.
Scott Croasdale worked closely with Omicron to define wind loads and provided assistance in selecting a roofing system to meet the requirements. During construction, we worked closely with the design and construction team to best ensure details were properly executed.
