The Homeless Prenatal Program (HPP) Community Campus project is located adjacent to the existing Homeless Prenatal Program building. The project will expand the existing location’s services and programming in order to provide affordable housing to those, especially mothers, in need.

The two lower floors include office and training space. The project includes eight-stories of 73 affordable units, varying from one to three-bedroom units. The program area will include a youth center, reception, lobby, kitchen, and other supportive spaces.

This project is currently in design with Mithun as the architect. 4EA is assisting the team with design review of the building enclosure systems and assemblies.
