555 Tower

  • Seattle, Washington

Under Construction

555 Tower is a Class A office building redefining the skyline in Bellevue’s growing tech hub and is designed to elevate both the cityscape and skyline.

The tower includes a 600-foot-tall structure enclosed by a high-performance unitized curtain wall system. 555 Tower’s sleek reflective appearance is inspired by the rains of the Pacific Northwest. The base of the tower includes a highly glazed podium building, and heavy landscaping on the roof offers a natural contrast to the modern style.

4EA collaborated with NBBJ and Vulcan Real Estate to help design the roofing and waterproofing systems on 555 Tower, including the amenity deck spaces on several floors and the extensive green roof at the signature podium at the development’s base. We are currently engaged to provide testing and field review services for the enclosure systems.
