2022 Year in Review: The Team
February 15, 2023
This year we gained four new team members and one more baby! We couldn’t be happier with the new additions to our family and their infectious energy and passion for improving the built environment. Welcome to 4EA Bridget Heiland, Greta Tjeltveit, Justin Unger, and Suzanne Martins-Pierre! We thank you for laughing along with us and for the bright energy and passion that you bring to the office and field.
Bridget Heiland | Seattle Office

Greta received her BA in Architecture from the University of Washington and is passionate about sustainable design and high-performance building. She is proud to have worked at Habitat for Humanity building affordable housing and continues to volunteer her time.

Events
Our team volunteered their time at Campbell Place this past June, where they assembled furniture and set up rooms for incoming tenants. 4EA was also a sponsor of the Low Income Housing Institute’s (LIHI) Virtual Gala and Auction which raised over $430,00 for their Tiny Houses & Urban Rest Stops program. 4EA will always be committed to giving back and making a positive impact in our community. We believe it is important to give back whenever possible and we look forward to more volunteer opportunities in the future!

We would like to thank all the people that make 4EA possible. Our team’s enthusiasm, humor, and passion are what harmonize our unique talents. Without the dedication of our team, we wouldn’t be here today! For that we are grateful and hope to strengthen our company culture through continued opportunities to give back to the community and celebrating life’s moments.
